Saskatoons
In 2007 we planted
2,000 three year old Saskatoons which should be producing some fruit by
2011. Another 4,000 Saskatoon seedlings were planted and will be
producing in two - three years time.
Raspberries
We have planted a
small quantity of yellow and red raspberries bushes. Small
quantities will be available this year and we will continue to expand
our patch as demand grows.
Rhubarb
We do have a limited
amount of Rhubarb for now, and the availability will be posted on the
farm bulletin board.
Strawberries
The strawberries are
very weather sensitive. The crop has gone down a bit and the
supply will be a lot smaller than previous years.
