# 2011-06
October 1 2011
Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 9 am – 4 pm
WE only have 1 week left in the gardens at Bucklers Farm. Lots of
potatoes, carrots, beets, swiss chard and kale. Probably some peas
left. This is the perfect time to gather your root veggies to store for
the winter. I am going out today to get some beets and do some pickled
beets for the first time alone. Going to be fun and so worth the
experience.
October 9th 2011 (Sunday) is the last day that the gardens
will be open to the public. Come on out now while you have the chance.
We have amazing naturally grown veggies for your fridge, pantry,
